Nimisha is a Competition and Regulation specialist with international experience, having worked in consultancy firms and competition authorities in UK, New Zealand and Singapore. She has assessed complaints of anti-competitive behaviour, advised government agencies on competition matters, led high-profile merger investigations and advised companies on the competition effects of their business strategies. As a former Deputy Director, at the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore, Nimisha supervised in-depth market studies on e-commerce, and various consumer products. As an expert, she was seconded to the Singapore Tourism Board and the Australia Competition and Consumer Commission. Nimisha has conducted numerous workshops, training and seminars on competition policy. She is featured in Keynote Asia’s Women Speakers and is a member of the Economic Society of Singapore. She also served in the UK Government Economic Service and has a MSc degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
