Mabel has extensive experience leading organizational transformations, driving large scale growth, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning. She brings a customer centric and business-oriented perspective to the human resources function and in Lane Crawford’s planned implementation of company-wide transformational changes. This builds capability across the company and enhancing efficiencies through the transformation process. She has also created a Centre of Excellence, bringing together appropriate services into a shared model and human resources partnership, increasing operational abilities and efficiency for Lane Crawford.
Mabel has over 20 years of human resources experience. Prior to Lane Crawford, Mabel held leadership positions at various multi-national conglomerates including the World Bank and the Swire Group. While at other corporations, she led different HR teams in all aspects of creating, directing, and executing strategic human resources including organizational change and design, strategic talent acquisition and management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, total rewards and pay position review, workforce planning, and employee wellness and development.
Mabel holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, a graduate diploma from the Stanford University, and an MBA degree from University of Wales. Currently she is a member of the Retail Trade Training Board (RTTB) of the Vocational Training Council (VTC).
