As an experienced Pre-sales Consultant and Technical Support Engineer with a demonstrated history of working at Synology for nearly 10 years, Antoine used to train and monitor new support engineers based in USA, Europe and China to answer technical inquiries, escalate cases and collect detailed data for analysis. He made pre-sales technical presentations / demos to potential customers & partners during product launches or initial engagement. What’s more, he also developed integration architecture which met customer needs for various bids. Now as a Sales Account Manager, Antoine is responsible for B-to-C & B-to-B markets in Hong Kong and Macau, and contributes his skills in networking & storage solutions consulting as well as IT infrastructure planning to help companies safeguard valuable digital assets in the long term.
