Security issues in cloud computing can inhibit business growth. However, these issues have changed from time to time based on the business needs. Privacy was a big concern but because of the need for business growth today, people give more trust and confidence to cloud services. Security emphasis in the cloud therefore has turned from confidentiality to availability. This session will present cloud security trends as well as case studies of a variety of secure cloud service platforms which drives business innovation in Thailand. The case studies relate to the adoption of cloud in government sectors, digital transformation, e-health, internet of things and research on cloud computing.
